IRG's highly
professional development team offers a combination of service,
skill, creativity and experience. IRG's founding partners are involved
in the day-to-day business of the Company and have a combined industry
experience of over 40 years, defining IRG as an established, knowledgeable
Internet pioneer and online innovator. The following is an introduction
to our Core Team but does not include all the members of the IRG
team:
Ray Bednash, Senior Technology Analyst, Lead UX & Interface Designer
Ray has over fifteen years of commercial graphic design experience
and has been applying his conceptual and design talent, creativity, and programming skills to
custom Internet and e-business solutions for the last 12 years. Ray's strengths are in usable IT Solutions design and consulting, information architecture, graphic and user experience (UX/UI/Look-and-Feel) design.
Projects Ray has worked on range from complex corporate solutions for large national companies, e-commerce,
and online catalogue development, Flash development, CD ROM delivery & integration, to full colour magazine production and corporate
Intranets, as well as large-scale career and organizational portals. Ray's upper level IT skills include
Web site and user interface/experience design, usability, HCI principles, interaction
design, content architecture, database integration, project management,
and custom content management systems design.
Scott Goodman, Senior Programmer and
System Administrator
Scott has over fourteen years of experience designing and building proprietary
software for wide release and custom application. Scott's skills
include intimate knowledge of most widely used programming languages
and he specializes in the implementation and development of applications
using the primary programming languages and processes for Internet
based applications, these include: Perl, PHP, Java, CGI, ASP and
databases. Scott has extensive database development experience and
works with all database environments including, mySQL, Oracle and
MS Access.
Scott is also an experienced System Administrator he knows Web servers
inside and out and is able to develop new custom software applications
and use existing commercial software applications that take advantage
of the system resources and system software available. This knowledge
enables Scott to optimize the power and flexibility of the software
solutions that he develops. Scott has the unusual skill (unusual
for a programmer!) of being able to understand the market for, conceptualize
and develop, ground breaking Internet tools. Scott has been creating
online solutions and providing System administration to commercial
Internet Service Providers for the last 12 years prior to which he
was a lead programmer for a medium sized U.S. commercial software
development and marketing company.
Marie Phillips-Bednash, Senior Technology Executive, Team Leader,
Project Architect and Manager

Marie has been a marketing consultant for 21 years. Marie's marketing
background is in investor relations, corporate relations and product
marketing and has worked with both public and private companies,
throughout North America. For the last eleven years Marie has been
designing corporate communications solutions ranging from Web site
development to interactive CD ROM development.
Marie's specialty is consulting for e-commerce strategic planning
and integration. Marie has a deep understanding of Internet processes,
project management, development and marketing. She has been helping
companies in British Columbia and North America design and implement
successful Internet Web sites and enterprise solutions for the last
11 years.
